Q: Is there any special software required?

A: No, just an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. The following browsers are all acceptable: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator version 6.0 or higher.

Q: Is Online Banking secure?

A: Yes, besides using the 128-bit encryption, Coffee County Bank’s Online Banking is built with several additional safeguards to ensure your account information remains secure. Should someone attempt to access your account portfolio using an incorrect password more than three times, Coffee County Bank will lock the entire session from use for 30 minutes. Should this happen more than three times, the lockout will become permanent and can only be cleared by a Coffee County Bank employee. Should you forget to logout of Online Banking, your session will automatically be terminated after 15 minutes of no activity.

Q: What if my Access ID does not seem to work, or I cannot remember what it is?

A: The most common issue is the placement of your Caps Lock key. The Access ID is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it was registered. If you cannot remember what your Access ID is, you must call the bank during regular business hours at 931-728-1977, or you can email us at info@coffeecobank.com.

Q: What if my password does not seem to work, or I cannot remember what it is?

A: The password is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it was registered with the correct alpha and numeric characters. For security purposes, your account will become locked out after three unsuccessful attempts. If you forget your password, you can click the "Forgot Password" link displayed when you are logging in Online Banking. This link allows for a temporary password to be sent to your email address that is listed on the Online Banking account. You will only have the "Forgot Password" link option and the ability to change your password on our website. This option is not accessible on our Mobile Banking App. If you are still unable to complete the log in process, you can call the bank during regular business hours at 931-728-1977, or you can email us at info@coffeecobank.com.

Q: What happens when I click the "Forgot Password" link?

A: Once the "Forgot Password" link is selected, you will be asked the following questions:

  • User Code: This is the same as the Access ID.
  • Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number: This would be the last 4 digits of the Social Security number that the Online Banking account was created with.
  • Email Address: Your email must match the email address on file that is tied to your Online Banking account. 

Once these three questions are completed and the "Submit" button is selected, you will receive a temporary password through the email address on file. Q: How do I know what email address is listed on my Online Banking account?

A: You can check the email address that is listed on your Online Banking account by selecting the "Options" link that is located at the top right of the page within Online Banking. The second column will list the email address we have on file that is tied to your Online Banking account. If your email is incorrect, please update by selecting the "Edit" button and entering your new email address and then "Submit". If you can not get into your account and are not sure what email address you have listed, you can call the bank during regular business hours at 931-728-1977 or email us at info@coffeecobank.com.

Q: Do I have to update my password?

A: Yes, as an additional security feature, the system will prompt you to change your password every six months. You must change your password as the system alerts you for continued access to your account information.

Q: How do I view presentments that are coming into my account on the current business day?

A: Once logged into CCB Online Banking, select the account you are inquiring about. Click on the “Transactions” tab and select “Current Business Day.” This will list all transactions coming in or out of your account on the current business day along with your adjusted balance. Your current statement will only list items that have been posted to your account on a previous day than the day you are viewing.

Q: Can I payoff my Coffee County Bank loan in Online Banking?

A: You  CANNOT payoff a loan using Online Banking. Only monthly payments can be made online.
